The BC Water & Waste Association (BCWWA) endeavours to develop, curate and share fact-based information and resources that support informed decision-making by water professionals and the organizations that employ them.

Whether you are new to the BCWWA or a long-time member, here are some ways to keep updated with the latest news and advances happening in the water industry, engage with government staff and elected officials on matters important to the One Water Sector and connect with the services, program and tools that support water professionals.

  • Reports and Publications – The BCWWA regularly publishes and shares industry reports, regulatory responses, sector updates and research from our One Water sector partners.
  • Watermark Magazine– A digital and print periodical published quarterly by the BCWWA. The magazine features technical articles authored by experts in the field and industry news.
  • Waterline e-newsletter– Your go-to source for everything BCWWA. Get the latest news about what is happening in BC and the Yukon’s water sector, as well as upcoming events and upcoming professional development and continuing education unit (CEU) offerings.
  • BCWWA news – Read up on the latest articles from the BCWWA and emerging news stories.
  • Follow us on social media – Follow us on LinkedIn to get the latest on what is happening at the BCWWA and across the BC and Yukon water sectors and join the conversation
  • Tester Certification – Learn about becoming a BCWWA-certified backflow assembly tester, recertification exam dates and answers to questions relating to the CCC program.
  • CCC Digest – Have an active CCC membership at the BCWWA? Subscribe to a quarterly e-newsletter delivering information about exam dates and news about cross connection control in BC via your BCWWA account . 

 

  • Learn about Advocacy and Outreach efforts at the BCWWA and the steps the Association is taking to be a voice of record for the One Water Sector and champion the work and advancements of BC and Yukon water professionals.
