We welcome the opportunity to connect with you and explore sponsorship packages that will maximize your organization’s visibility, strengthen customer relationships and showcase your brand to key industry decision-makers.

About Sponsorship

All sponsorships are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorships valued at $4,000 or more include trade show booth space (booth fees and two exhibitor passes included).

Interested in sponsoring BCWWA’s Annual Conference & Trade Show? Join our mailing list to receive updates on sponsorship opportunities, conference registration, exhibiting, and programming announcements. Our e-newsletters provide valuable information for sponsors, exhibitors, delegates, and industry professionals.

Sponsors of the previous conference will receive a first right of renewal for the same or a comparable sponsorship opportunity for the upcoming conference.

For those who sponsored the 2026 conference, BCWWA staff will contact eligible sponsors before September 15, 2026, to confirm whether they wish to exercise their renewal option.

While we make every effort to offer a comparable sponsorship experience, opportunities, benefits, and pricing may change from year to year.

Please note that sponsorship opportunities may only be held by the same organization for two consecutive years. Following the second year, the sponsorship will be released and made available to other interested companies.

Interested in becoming a first-time sponsor of the BCWWA Annual Conference? We would be pleased to discuss opportunities that align with your organization’s goals and brand. Once the renewal period for returning sponsors has ended, available sponsorship opportunities will be posted on the BCWWA conference website starting September 15, 2026.

Once sponsorships are confirmed, a BCWWA staff member will contact the designated sponsor representative to coordinate deliverables and confirm sponsorship details. To ensure your sponsorship benefits are delivered smoothly and on time, please have a high-resolution vector logo file (AI, EPS, or SVG format) ready for submission.
