Please follow these steps to obtain your cross-connection control (CCC) certificate/card:

  1. Log in to your BCWWA account with your username and password.
  2. Go to the home page.
  3. On the left-hand side of the page, under ‘CCC Certification’, select the ‘Download CCC Certificate’ blue button.
  4. The certificate will open in a PDF format that you can download and save on your computer.
