New Cross Connection Control Inspector/Surveyor Certification Program

BC Water & Waste Association is excited to announce that we are in the process of developing a new certification program for cross connection control (CCC) inspectors/surveyors. CCC members currently designated as active testers, administrators or inspectors will have the opportunity, if they qualify, to obtain this new certification and be trained to perform risk assessments on drinking water supply systems.

BCWORKS Campaign Website Launched

BC Parks and Public Works Group was established in 2009 to address human resource issues faced by the Parks and Public Works sector in British Columbia. The group currently includes representation from the Local Government Management Association, BC Public Works Association, BCWWA, BC Municipal Safety Association, BC First Nations, BC Recreation and Parks Association and a number of munipalities.

Update - Cross Connection Control Renewal as an Administrator/Inspector

BC Water & Waste Association (BCWWA) has revised the new policy regarding cross connection control (CCC) renewal as an "Administrator." The new policy is intended for individuals currently designated as CCC Program Administrators or Inspectors, or for those interested in obtaining this designation for the first time.
