A partial refund will be given for cancellations received in writing within 7 working days of the event start date, subject to the deduction of an administration fee. If you register within the 7-working day period, your order is considered firm and no refund will be given. Delegate substitution will be permitted with 24 hours advance written notice to the BCWWA office.
