The BC Ministry of Environment is currently seeking public comment on the new Spill Response Regime Intentions Paper until 4:00pm on June 30, 2016.

The intentions paper and summary lay out the ministry's intent for legislative, regulatory and policy changes across key components of the province's spill preparedness and response regime.
