Call for Proposals - Consulting Services for POE/POU

The BC Water & Waste Association (BCWWA) is inviting proposals from qualified consultants to develop a "term sheet" that lists the key terms and conditions for a legal agreement between a water supplier and a home/building owner to implement a Point-of-Entry/Point-of-Use (POE/POU) system for water treatment.

With support from the BC Ministry of Health, the BCWWA has developed a pilot project to build financial and managerial capacity among small water systems owners and operators so that water system owners and operators make informed decisions that advance financial sustainability, operational resilience, and public safety. An important component of this project is to develop a Point-of-Entry/ Point-of-Use Term Sheet aimed at both owners and users.

Please review the Terms of Reference for details on the Pilot Project to Build Capacity Among Small Water Systems in BC.

The deadline for proposal submissions is Friday May 27, 6:00 pm.

Questions about this project can be directed to Ashifa Dhanani, BCWWA Senior Manager of Program Development, at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  or 604-630-5346.
