With over three decades of public relations experience, she has been a driving force behind community supported rate increases, effective strategic marketing, public education, and award-winning outreach campaigns that changed behaviors. Melanie is an ongoing contributor to the American Water Works Journal, has served on utility boards, and holds an MBA from Old Dominion University, VA.
