SCADA Operator II

 

This position will maintain and operate a real-time Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for the water, sewer and drainage systems of the City.  Coordinating system changes and upgrades, Operations and Maintenance crews, and producing alarm and data reports as required.

The successful applicant must have completed a technology diploma or degree in Telecommunications and/or Electronics.  A minimum of three years relevant experience with controls and/or SCADA experience or an acceptable combination of training and experience is an asset. 

 

You must hold a Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver’s License with a safe driving record and are prepared to undergo and maintain an enhanced security clearance.
