Registration Cancellation / Refunds Policy
Except where specifically stated within the individual registration information, this policy applies to:
- Events, including Teleconferences and Workshops
- AGM registration
- Operator Education course registration
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing within 7 working days of the event or class start date, but subject to a deduction of an administrative fee of $50.00 plus GST for a total of $53.00. If you register within the 7 working day period, your order is considered firm. No refund will be given when you cancel your registration. However, a delegate substitution is welcome at all times.
