Registration Cancellation / Refunds Policy

Except where specifically stated within the individual registration information, this policy applies to:

• Events, including Teleconferences and Workshops
• Operator Education course registration

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing within 7 working days of the event or class start date, but subject to a deduction of an administrative fee of $50.00 plus HST for a total of $56.00. If you register within the 7 working day period, your order is considered firm. No refund will be given when you cancel your registration.

Delegate substitution will be permitted with 24 hours advance written notice to the BCWWA office.
