How to Register

BCWWA uses an online registration system where the last page of the registration process is the invoice page. Print this out and mail to the BCWWA office with your cheque or money order, or phone the BCWWA office with your credit card number.

Space in course or event will not be reserved until payment is received.

Steps:

Adjacent to each event or operator education course is a registration link. Click on this to enter the registration process. You may register for only one event or course at a time; however, you may register as many people for that event as you wish.

• Page 1: Log-in Screen
  • If you have created an online bcwwa.org account in the past, enter your user name and password. Logging in will populate your entry form.
  • If you don't have an account,click "Continue". You will be able to create an account following registration. Doing so will save you time in the future.
• Page 2: Contact Information Page
  • Required fields are marked with a blue dot.
  • Be sure to select whether you are a member or not as this usually affects the price you will be charged in the next page.
  • Fill in username and password to have this information saved to be used for future registrations.
• Page 3: Registration Options and Payment Options Page
  • For events with more than one option, you will get to select which ones you want to register for.
  • Select payment options.
• Page 4: Review Page
  • Check all the information carefully.
  • When satisfied, click on "Confirm Registration" OR
  • If you wish to register another person for the same event, choose "Confirm and Add Another User". This option takes you back to Page 2.
• Page 5: Invoice Page
  • Print this out - make a copy to mail in and a copy for your records. Although it looks crowded on the screen, the menu and header information does not print.
  • You will also recieve an email confirmation of your registration.
• Registration Payment
  • Depending on your payment choice, mail in a copy of the invoice or phone in your credit card number. The office will have received an email copy of your registration.
• Refunds
  • Be sure to read our refunds policy prior to registering.
