Description:The District of Sechelt, wanted to build a new WWTP. But Sechelt wanted more than just a new plant, it wanted a state of the art, innovative plant, with tertiary treatment to reuse water quality standards. The available sites were both in residential areas, so the plant would also have be noiseless, odourless, energy efficient, and aesthetically pleasing.
