BC Ferries Sewage Pump Ashore Program - Protecting our Marine Environment

Description:BC Ferries provides a year-round ferry transportation system that is comprised of 25 routers and supported by 36 vessels and 47 terminals. Regulatory changes that come into effect on May 3, 2012 will require equivalent-to-secondary treatment of blackwater that is discharged to the marine environment from its fleet of vessels.
