CCC Examination Schedule

General Examination Registration Information

1. You can only register for an examination session being held at the institution you are currently receiving your training.
2. You can only register for an examination session that is being held at the immediate conclusion of the CCC course you are currently taking. If your current course exam in not shown, we have not yet been notified by your training institution. Please ask them to notify us at
3. To guarantee yourself a place, you must register to sit your examination at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled exam date. Within 1 week to the exam sitting we will allocate re-sits and students not currently taking a CCC course.
4. You must have photo ID on hand to show the invigilator or proctor before being allowed to sit any exam.
5. Cost to write full exam is $100.
6. The passing grade is 75% for both written and practical exam.

To re-sit an exam or if you are not currently taking a CCC course

1. If you wish to re-sit either the full exam, the written portion or the practical exam OR are not currently taking a CCC course, please send an email to and we will get in touch with you and let you know what slots are available. In your email, please provide the following:
   1. Name, address, contact telephone number and email address
   2. Date you completed CCC course and at which training institution
   3. Exam session date and location that you wish to sit
   4. Full exam or re-take of i) written OR ii) practical. If re-take, please provide information on last exam attempt; date, location and proctor.
2. Cost to re-write full exam is $100. Cost to resit either practical alone or written alone is $60.
3. You must wait at least 30 days from your last attempt to re-write an exam.
4. Any re-writes must be within 1 year of last attempt.

5. You may only re-take each component of the examination once. If you do not pass both components of the exam by the second attempt, you must re-take the full certification course before you will be permitted to write the exam again. Once you have completed the course you must re-take both the written and practical components of the exam.

1. If you wish to register for a recertification exam (both the written and practical exam), please send an email to and we will get in touch with you and let you know what slots are available in our current exam schedule. In your email, please provide the following:
   1. Name, address, contact telephone number and email address
   2. Tester Certification Number and Expiry Date
   3. Exam session date and location that you wish to sit
2. Cost to the recertification exam is $100. Cost to resit either practical alone or written alone is $60.
3. You must have a current CCC certificate and be an ‘active tester’
4. You may only re-take each component of the examination once. If you do not pass both components of the exam by the second attempt, you must re-take the full certification course before you will be permitted to write the exam again. Once you have completed the course you must re-take both the written and practical components of the exam. If you plan to take a recertification course, please get directly in touch with a BCWWA approved training institution. Once you have completed the course you must re-take both the written and practical components of the exam.

BCWWA Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be process for cancellations received in writing seven (7) working days prior to the event, subject to a $52.50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than seven (7) working days prior to the event start date. Delegate substitution will be permitted with 24 hours advance written notice to the BCWWA office.
