Introduction
The BC Water & Waste Association’s Annual Conference & Trade Show is the premier event in the British Columbia water and wastewater industry. The 2009 event, to be held in Penticton, BC from April 25 to 29, will be the BCWWA’s 37th Annual Conference & Trade Show.
Attendance has grown consecutively for the last five years, and in 2009 we are expecting well over 1,300
attendees from every sector of the water and wastewater industry.
This five-day event is packed with activities, including a golf tournament, technical tours, operators
challenge events, a special stream of technical programs for operators, three trade show sessions, two full
days of technical papers, association events, a gala dinner and dance, and additional in-depth seminars.
With increased attendance, a larger trade show, more exhibitors and a new operator’s stream, this year promises to be the best and biggest ever! Your target audience will be there. Consider the following sponsorship opportunities to find the one that’s right for you. Can’t find the perfect opportunity? Frequently Asked Questions
Sponsorship Information Letter (pdf)
Why is BCWWA offering sponsorship this year?
-
To provide additional opportunities for manufacturers, suppliers and consultants to promote their services.
-
To assist BCWWA with implementing its new strategic plan.
I’m a small company – how will the sponsorship program be fair to all members?
-
There are many opportunities for sponsorship, at costs as low as $250, so that everyone can afford to participate.
-
We’re also offering ‘customizable’ sponsorships, so feel free to work with the BCWWA and get creative!
What kind of opportunities will be available?
-
Sponsorships are generally built around particular events or sections of the Conference. For example: technical tours, welcome receptions, meals or registration. This way, your organization can choose the sponsorship opportunity that will have maximum exposure to your customers.
-
There are also non- event-specific opportunities, such as purchasing a 30 second slide to be shown on monitors throughout the event. Get your name out there! Hey - why not multiply your exposure and sponsor an event too?
What do I get for my sponsorship?
-
That depends on which opportunity you decide to go for. All levels of sponsorship have unique benefits to the sponsor. Check the sponsorship brochure for what’s included with your sponsorship.
