To be added to the wait list for a booth at the 2009 Annual Conference & Trade Show, April 25 – 29 in Penticton, please download and fill out the registration form above and return it to Sarah Vaughan (fax 604-433-9859 or email msc2009@bcwwa.org). Registration forms will be date stamped as they are received.

As in past years, there is a compulsory Company Fee charge of $600. This fee includes marketing and promotional costs, your first attendee registration (to be provided once you receive the exhibitor package), and allows you a discount on registering additional attendees. |

To avoid competing with the Technical Program, the MSC Trade Show takes place in three parts. The trade show floor is open, and food and beverages are provided, during the following sessions:

BCWWA 'Respectful Participation Policy' below:
BCWWA Respectful Participation Policy Participants in BCWWA events or activities are expected to adhere to the terms of the BCWWA Respectful Workplace Policy. This policy aims to eliminate actions or behaviours which may create a situation that is deemed to be unfair, abusive, or threatening on grounds related to age, sex, ethnicity, skin colour, ancestry, place of origin, religion, mental or physical ability, sexual orientation, marital status, family status or political belief. BCWWA Directors and staff are committed to adhering to this policy and require participants in BCWWA events to adhere to the same standard. Violations or reported violations of the policy will be reviewed and addressed by a three-person committee consisting of the CEO, Association President and the Event Chair. Consequences of behaviour deemed to be not in compliance shall be penalized. Typical measures may include, but are not limited to: issuance of a written warning; an order to change specific behaviours, displays, advertising materials, etc.; expulsion from a current event; and/or a ban from participation at a future event. These measures may be of one-time or long-term consequence as deemed appropriate. Persons affected by such a decision may submit a written appeal for review to the BCWWA Board of Directors. |
